Questions, answered
Is Mavya really free?
Yes. Research, adding your shop, the listing score, and the listing editor are free, with no card. Plans add Mavya's AI: photo scores, photo fixes, and AI writing.
Do I need to log in to Etsy?
No. You type your shop name and Mavya reads your public listings. It never changes anything on Etsy. You copy the changes over yourself.
Where do the numbers come from?
Views, favorites, reviews, and listing counts come from Etsy. Sales, revenue, and search volume are estimates worked out from those, and each one is marked Est.
Are my photos used to train AI models?
No. Your photos are only sent to our AI provider to generate your scores and results. They are not used to train AI models.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings and select Manage billing. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period.
